All patients are encouraged to settle their accounts on the day of service. Fees charged by North West Radiology are consistent with providing quality, diagnostic imaging services.  Fees vary between imaging modalities and patients can request the cost of their examination when making an appointment.  Private patients will pay a gap beyond the Medicare refund.

We accept credit card, cheque or cash, and provide EFTPOS facilities at most sites to facilitate full settlement of accounts on the day. The billing policy varies between practices.  Please contact the specific practice for more information relevant to your situation.

Patients who anticipate financial difficulty are asked to discuss their situation with their referring doctor or our staff.  Contact details for all clinics are listed under ‘about us’ – practices section.

We offer HIC online for patients who make a gap payment and patients who pay in full on the day for their proceedure. Patiens who have registered their account details with Medicare Online will receive their rebate entitlement within three (3) working days.
